Visit any of the Test stores in Malaysia. Test store locations: Damansara, Cheras, Tebrau, Batu Kawan
Before you start shopping, approach Test Customer Service counter in the Test store and present your Mooments-Test eGift Card
At the Test Customer Service counter, when your eGift Card code is entered in the system, you will receive an OTP. Please share it with the Test co-worker.
Once approved, you will be given a physical Test Gift Card, topped up with an equal amount of RM credits
Use this physical Test Gift Card against your purchases at the Test Check-outs in the Test store.
Value of each eGift Card cannot be split into multiple Test Gift Cards.

Multiple redemptions are NOT allowed on this eGift Card. If redemption amount is less than the eGift Card value, then the balance will be forfeited upon redemption
Once the Test eGift Card is used in-store, no refund or return cases will be entertained

The Test Gift Card is valid for use only at Test stores in Malaysia: Damansara, Cheras, Tebrau, Batu Kawan.
Present the Test Gift Card to the cashier in the Test store when making payment.
It can be used for payment in multiple transactions according to the value in the gift card.
The value of gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Loss or stolen card will not be replaced.
The gift card is non-reloadable and will expire 2 years from the date when the value is loaded in the card.
